When you join My Home Reminders, you will select features for which you want maintenance reminders sent. You establish a user name and profile to help us customize your reminders. At a minimum, we need your zip code to adapt your reminders to the region where you live.

Your credit card will be billed $49.95 for an entire year of service. We offer payment through VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card to provide flexible, secure payment options. After your first year of service, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel. This way, you can continue to receive valuable insights on how to keep your house operating efficiently, and to help you avoid costly repairs.

Changes are easily made at any time to the features you want maintenance reminders sent, by simply logging into your account and updating your profile.

Email reminders are sent twice each month, providing a manageable list of maintenance tasks you should perform that month.
